Refund Policy

We at The Saari Girl ensure to uphold high standards of online shopping experience and each item delivered to you is 100% wearable and sustainable. But if for any reason or without a reason you feel the need to claim a refund, you are more than welcome to get in touch for a refund on the following terms and conditions:

The item(s) must be in 100% perfect condition without removing/losing tags. Any item(s) damaged or even slightly ripped will NOT be accepted for a refund.
NO refund on STITCHED items.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping the item(s) for a refund to our warehouse/shop address bearing all the charges.
The timeline for claiming a refund is 3 days from the date of purchase.
We hold the right to REJECT any refund on the basis of damages, invalid claims, and unprofessional behavior. Please keep in mind that all items for refund will be first inspected by our team and then be proceeded if deemed eligible.
Our Customer Service team will be immediately in touch with you regarding your refund process.
Every customer must fill out a refund form and submit it to our team within the asked timeframe.
We would not entertain refunds for a slight change in color for this could be due to brightening settings on your phone/computer.

Blouse fabric is not included but you can plain silk white or black for an additional charge.

Note: The model’s blouse is for styling purposes only. A similar blouse can be added at an extra charge. The black border finish is an add-on in the sari and not automatically included.
