The item(s) must be in 100% perfect condition without removing/losing tags. Any item(s) damaged or even slightly ripped will NOT be accepted for a refund.
NO refund on STITCHED items.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping the item(s) for a refund to our warehouse/shop address bearing all the charges.
The timeline for claiming a refund is 3 days from the date of purchase.
We hold the right to REJECT any refund on the basis of damages, invalid claims, and unprofessional behavior. Please keep in mind that all items for refund will be first inspected by our team and then be proceeded if deemed eligible.

Every customer must fill out a refund form and submit it to our team within the asked timeframe.
We would not entertain refunds for a slight change in color for this could be due to brightening settings on your phone/computer.
Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds on INTERNATIONAL orders at the moment.
